Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a typical device only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and comes as a gift. With Hepsia you can host unlimited web site names under a single web hosting account. This is attainable thanks to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other web hosting Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have TWO autonomous accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/administration solutions. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no hosting Control Panel choice.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all available Control Panel interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domains in one hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel devices do not offer such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager section and as a consequence they require TWO different user logins: 1 domain name administration/billing/support account and 1 site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
